Comment on Web Site

I just want to make a comment on 8 blue boxes under the Bass containing index,F.R.Q,Search,Mem.List,Groups,Profile,Message,Logout. The color blue is fine but there is a glare that is almost blinding coming off the the top half of the boxes,I checked the monitor of another computer other than mine, still the same . I notice this the first time a came to this site. This is a bad glare, don't mean to be critical, this is just constructive criticism,my suggestion would be this needs to be mentioned to the web designer.
