New Fishin regs. in Florida!

Florida now requires that all fishing pictures posted on Internet forums include a valid fishing
license number. A proper saltwater, freshwater and applicable stamp/permit must referenced
for the appropriate species if affected. Your fishing license number should be included in a
legible format below each picture.


This new regulatory guideline goes into affect today April 1, 2008. Failure to include your
fishing license number may result in sever penalties under existing statutes. Penalties may
include but are not limited to having your beer taken away, bait hidden in your vehicle,
loop knots added to spinning reels, gas lines unplugged, trailer tires deflated, favorite spots
marked on Google earth, calling your wife and telling her you were really not fishing, pouring
Gulp juice in your tackle box, hiding bananas in your boat.
